Crossroads are partnering with Imago to provide Respite to Carers across West Kent as part of the Kent Carers Support Service. To refer someone to access the service please complete the Imago referral form linked below.
This time-limited service can be referred only by health or social care professionals. Please email PDF form to crisis@crossroadskent.org
This form is for our Young Carers service, that provides crucial support to individuals under
18 who care for family members facing disabilities, illnesses, mental health conditions, or substance abuse challenges.
